MINIMALLY INVASIVE METHOD OF HEMORRHOIDS TREATMENT IN OUT-PATIENT AND SANATORIUM CONDITIONS Russian patent published in 2009 - IPC A61B17/00

SUBSTANCE: invention concerns medicine, surgery. An anoscope is entered before occurrence of hemorrhoidal piles in its lumen. A vacuum ligation of the hemorrhoidal pile is carried out. Thus a kapron thread №5 is imposed in the form of a double loop with the long extremities on the ligator extremity. Two knots are imposed. After ligation, through an anoscope do a cross-section mucous the proctal channel in length 0.3-0.5 cm between a gear line and ligated internal knot is closer to the imposed loop. Not cutting off threads, an anoscope is deduced from the rectum. The extremities of threads are left for the control of a necrosis stage of the hemorrhoidal pile.

EFFECT: method allows to eliminate a retension mucous, to reduce a painful syndrome, to reduce time of a necrosis and tearing away of hemorrhoidal knot, to warn disease relapse.
