SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mobile communication technologies and particularly to means of transmitting a reference signal. Invention comprises a signalling method which includes the following: device determines frequency-time resources for transmitting a first type of system information and a second type of system information according to a synchronization signal and/or a broadcast channel, determines a reference signal (RS) for demodulating a first type of system information and a second type of system information according to frequency-time resources and transmits a first type of system information, a second type of system information and a corresponding reference signal.
EFFECT: technical result consists in expansion of services when using 5G communication systems in IoT networks.
