SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry. The proposed method for pizza preparation involves preparation of a dough piece, filling application, sprinkling with grated cheese and maintenance in the oven during 20-30 minutes at a temperature of 190-200°C. The filling is represented by feijoa particles. Additionally, the filling may contain particles of oranges, lemons, tangerines, grapefruits, chopped walnuts and boiled fish particles. Simultaneously with filling placement one may sprinkle the pizza with seasonings.
EFFECT: invention is aimed at pizza taste improvement.
