FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry. This method for preparation potato-containing pizza includes a dough piece preparation, raw potatoes cutting into thin round slices, potato placement on the dough piece, potato sprinkling with grated cheese and maintenance in an oven at a temperature of 190-200°C during 20-30 min. round thin potato slices are preliminarily fried during 4-5 min; after sprinkling with grated cheese, one lays a layer of finely cut mushrooms on top of the potato layer that is also sprinkled with grated cheese. Additionally, liver sausage or liver pate may be placed between round potato slices; one can use boiled, pickled or salted mushrooms. On top of the mushroom layer, a second layer of potatoes cut into round thin slices may be placed, sprinkled with grated cheese. Bits of ripe tomatoes may be placed between the second layer round potato slices. Simultaneously with laying grated cheese onto the first potato layer, sprinkling with spices may be performed.
EFFECT: invention allows to improve the pizza taste due to usage of fried potato slices.
