FIELD: food industry.

SUBSTANCE: proposed is a method for preparation potato-containing pizza including a dough piece preparation, raw potatoes cutting into thin round slices, potato placement on the dough piece, potato sprinkling with grated cheese and maintenance in an oven at a temperature of 190-200˚C during 20-30 min; liver sausage or liver pate are placed between round potato slices; after sprinkling with grated cheese, one lays a layer of finely cut mushrooms on top of the potato layer that is also sprinkled with grated cheese. One optionally uses boiled, pickled or salted mushrooms; on top of the mushroom layer one lays a second layer of potatoes cut into round slices; between the round potato slices of the second layer one places bits of ripe tomatoes; simultaneously with laying grated cheese onto the first potato layer one performs sprinkling with spices that are sprinkled on the second potato layer as well.

EFFECT: pizza taste improvement.
