The method to produce preserves "Hunter-style rolls" provides for preparation of formula components, cutting and chopping of game meat, boiling, peeling and chopping of chestnuts, mixing of specified components with sausage mince, salt, CO2-extract of pyrolysis wood, black pepper and nutmeg to produce mince, fresh cabbage separation into leaves, freezing and defrosting, forming of mince into cabbage leaves to produce rolls, packing of rolls, white dry wine and bone broth, sealing and sterilisation, besides, ornamental cabbage is used. All components are taken with a certain ratio.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to produce new preserves using non-conventional vegetable stock.
