SUBSTANCE: method envisages recipe components preparations, mushrooms cutting and sauteing in melted butter, chicken eggs boiling, shelling and cutting, wheat bread soaking in milk and chopping, meat chopping, the listed components mixing with wheat crumbs, salt, CO2-extract of pyrolysis wood and black hot pepper to produce mince, fresh ornamental cabbages taking to leaves, freezing and defrosting, mince moulding into cabbages leaves to produce cabbage rolls, potatoes cutting and blanching. Obtained cabbage rolls, potatoes and bone broth are packed and delivered for sealing and sterilisation.
EFFECT: invention allows to produce new preserves with usage of non-traditional vegetal raw materials without the target product organoleptic properties modification.
