SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to field of medicine, in particular to molecular biology, immunology and neurobiology. Claimed are: method of ex vivo detection of antibodies in antibody-containing sample, which includes contact of antibody-containing sample with substrate with fastened on it peptoid and detection of antibodies, bound with said peptoid, and method of antibody detection in biological liquid, which includes stages of incubation of panel of peptoids with blocking buffer, removal of blocking buffer, incubation of panel of peptoids with sample solution, which contains bacterial lysate and detection of antibody, bound with panel of peptoids. Claimed are sets and compositions for realisation of said methods, isolated antibody and isolated peptoid for detection of antibodies.
EFFECT: claimed group of inventions makes it possible to efficiently diagnose Alzheimer's disease or predict neurodegenerative disease in individuals.
