FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to surgery. A packer plate is configured to mount a carrier in a stoma opening. The packer plate comprises an elastomeric plate, which form a mounting pad, a first area connected to the mounting pad, and an inner packer connected to the first area; the mounting pad extends from an outer loop configured to attach to the carrier, to the first area, which extends towards an outer loop of the packer plate, which limits a through stoma opening, whereas the inner packer extends towards the inner loop of the packer plate to form a user-contact segment configured to arrange on the stoma; the packer plate additionally comprises at least a first buffer portion integrated with the elastomeric plate and extending from a proximal surface of the elastomeric plate facing the inner packer; the first buffer portion is detached from the inner packer and mounted on the elastomeric plate so that when the inner packer is axially deformed towards the elastomeric plate, the buffer plate is supposed to contact the inner packer and provide a force counteracting to this deformity. The carrier comprises the packer plate; the carrier contains a central through stoma opening, wherein the packer plate is integrated into the central through opening. A stoma device comprises the carrier and an acceptable stoma bag attachable to the distal surface of the carrier.
EFFECT: group of inventions enables reducing the skin irritation within the stoma.
