SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment, namely to stoma base plates. Plate is made with possibility of attachment to stoma receiving bag. Wherein stoma base plate contains adhesive substance harmless for skin for attachment of base plate to skin surface, inner edge, determining through hole to receive stoma, and protective layer, wherein adhesive substance is located on proximal side of said protective layer. Wherein stoma base plate additionally has loop for removal, located on outer edge of stoma base plate, wherein loop for removal forms angle less than 90° with protective layer, when force is not applied to loop for removal.

EFFECT: invention provides reduced risk of engaging to clothes.
