FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: biliodigestive reflux is detected by bilioscintigraphy, for which purpose patient takes radiopharmaceutical-labelled standard food on empty stomach. After that registration of scintigrams of stomach and duodenum motor activity with gamma-camera is realised every minute for 0.5 hour successively in each of two patient's positions: first - in lying position of right side with installation of gamma-camera sensors on right side, then - in position of patient on abdomen with installation of gamma-camera sensors on abdomen. In case if scintigraphic activity is manifested in projection of bile ducts or pancreatic duct after bringing patient into second position, biliodigective reflux is diagnosed. As radiopharmaceutical, technephyt can be used. Standard food contains 10% cooked semolina, which patient takes in amount 200 ml.

EFFECT: accuracy of detecting biodigestive reflux - throwing of duodenum content into lumen of bile and pancreatic ducts.
