FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to industrial organic synthesis, more specifically to a reactor for producing cumene hydroperoxide used for producing phenol and acetone by cumene method, as well as phenol, methyl ethyl ketone. The presented reactor for producing cumene hydroperoxide by alkylaromatic hydrocarbon oxidation by oxygen-containing gas involves a distribution device with oxygen-containing gas passage inside a reaction medium flow with a hole diameter of the passage of the distribution device making no more than 0.9 mm with its length from 2 mm to 100 mm. Besides, the invention refers to a method for alkylaromatic hydrocarbon oxidation in a flow reactor by the oxygen-containing gas supplied through the distribution device with increased temperature in a weak acid or alkaline medium. The oxygen-containing gas passes through cylindrical passages of the distribution device with a passage diameter of the distribution device of less than 0.9 mm and a length of 2 mm to 100 mm at a length of oxygen-containing gas contact to oxidised hydrocarbon of 1-200 s.
EFFECT: optimising the method for producing alkylaromatic hydroperoxides, reducing energy consumption.
