FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medical equipment, namely to a computed tomography system. The system comprises a scanning channel, a stationary X-ray emitter surrounding the scanning channel and enclosing a set of focal spots and a set of stationary detector units surrounding the scanning channel and opposite the X-ray emitter. Elongation lines of outer sides of sector radiation beams emitted from two focal spots arranged at one end and the other end of the set of focal spots respectively are intersected in a crossing point, whereas a line generated by connecting the crossing point and the central point of the radiation receiving surface of each of the detector units is perpendicular to the radiation receiving surface of each of the detector units if inspected in a plane intersecting the scanning channel.
EFFECT: using the invention enables increasing the data analysis rate.
