FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to the unit consisting of ultrasonic transducer and transducer holder. The unit consists of ultrasonic transducer (1) and transducer holder (2), at that ultrasonic transducer (1) has transducer cabinet (3) and transducing element (4), moreover the transducer cabinet (3) has ultrasonic window (5), cabinet tube (6) and cabinet flange (7), at that the transducing element (4) is envisaged either close to the ultrasonic window (5) of the transducer or at distance from the ultrasonic window of the transducer, whereat transducer holder (2) has the holder flange (8), at that cabinet flange (7) of the transducer cabinet (3) by means of counterflange (9) with intermittent inclusion of O-seal (10) is pressed to the holder flange (8) of the transducer holder (2). The unit of ultrasonic transducer (1) and transducer holder (2) is perfected in regard to prevented transfer of cabinet waves, namely due to the fact that between the cabinet flange (7) of the transducer cabinet (3) and holder flange (8) of the transducer holder (2) there is decoupling ring (13).
