FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building, more specifically to design of the chain drives, and can be used in drives of actuating elements, for example, agricultural machines and tools. The wedge-type chain contains plates and rollers, free installed in eye lugs of plates and making hinge with them. At end of each roller fixedly and coaxially with them brake pads are installed, one of their surfaces is made in form of regular cone, having common interfacing line with side surfaces of pulley grooves.
EFFECT: extension of scope of application.
