SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building, particularly, to wedge chain transmissions. Wedge chain transmission consists of wedge and pulleys with controlled or fixed width of groove. Replaceable interchangeable semi-ring on pulleys allow smooth replacement of friction pads at their wear and complete recovery of serviceability.
