FIELD: electricity.

SUBSTANCE: method for determining parameters of SHF device includes measuring of complex dissipation parameters at n points of the operating, modelling in its operating frequency band of equivalent circuit comprised of active and reactive components, each of them described by the respective parameter unaffected by frequency, determining parameters by mathematical procedure. At that the equivalent circuit of the SHF device is represented as T-shaped connection of three complex resistors Z1, Z2, Z3, at that complex resistor Z3 is coupled in parallel while complex resistors Z1 and Z2 are coupled in series to input and output of the SHF device from the left and right in regard to complex resistor Z3 respectively, each of three complex resistors is represented by in-series connection of the active element - resistor, which is described by parameter Ri, and two reactive elements - inductance coil, which is described by parameter Li, and capacitor, which is described by parameter Ci, while determining of the parameters is carried out by mathematical procedure. In the first procedure three complex impedances are defined at n points of the operating frequency band, in the second one - parameters of the SHF device, Ri, Li and Ci, by the respective mathematical formulas.

EFFECT: simplification of the method and improvement of its determination accuracy.
