FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: SHF switch incorporates the connection of three equal wave impedance transmission lines. One of the aforesaid lines receives the SHF signal, the other two lines are SHF signal output lines. The transmission lines outputs incorporate and electronic switch representing a field transistor with the Schottky barrier, its source being connected to the chassis and the DC control voltage is fed to the transistor gate. The switch incorporates additionally the sections of the transmission lines with their length making one fourth and a half wave length in the transmission line and wave impedance equal to the transmission line wave impedance. Here note that one ends of the said additional sections are connected to the transmission lines outputs, each at a distance equal to one fourth of the wave length in the transmission line from the connection of the three transmission lines and the other ends are interconnected and connected to the Schottky-barrier field transistor source.
EFFECT: higher reliability, lower direct losses, higher attenuation factor and lower signal reflection factor.
