SUBSTANCE: the device comprises a frame and a drum mounted on it with the ability of rotation. The drum is made concave of stripes of concave curved shape with the side edges circumscribed by curves of different order and degree of curvature, folded in a vertical plane in the longitudinal direction relative to its axis of symmetry and bent along helical lines in the transverse direction on the concave mandrel in longitudinal and transverse direction on the notches with sloping walls in the transverse and longitudinal direction disposed pairwise at an angle to one another on both sides of the concave stripes to form curved faces. Every adjacent curved faces are located at an obtuse angle to one another with the outer and inner sides of the stripes of concave curved shape with the side edges, intersect to form smooth helical lines of main direction on the outer surface and smooth helical grooves along the inner surface of the drum of concave shape, and also smooth helical lines on the outer surface of the opposite direction and smooth helical grooves of the opposite direction inside the drum. Along the entire length of the drum a concave spring is mounted with a device for changing the pitch of the turns by stretching or compressing it. The drum, the loading, the unloading device and the drive are mounted on the frame suspended by the rubber-cord pneumocylinders of to the frame.
