SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the application of a hydrocortisone derivative of formula (I)
3-[3,5-dihydroxy-3-(2-hydroxyacetyl)-3α,6-dimethyl-7-oxadodecahydrocyclopenta[alpha]naphthalin-6-yl]propionic acid, designated as Deina®, for the treatment of atrophy of tissues, especially skin, cartilage, connective and mucous tissue and scalp skin and to a based on it pharmaceutical composition. Deina® caused the recovery of the physiological microenvironment, which gave rise to the recovery of the normally functioning cartilage matrix within a short term.
EFFECT: complete or nearly complete regress of skin injuries resulting from lacerated or contused wounds, consequences of surgical wounds, consequences of wound licking by dogs, consequences of burns with optimal tolerance is achieved.
