FIELD: biotechnologies.

SUBSTANCE: method comprises the use of donor urine containing toxic metal. Rat urine is used. Parenteral injection into organism of rats of toxic metal in the form of its water-soluble salt is performed by injections to rats of the water solution containing water-soluble mercury salt, or water-soluble cadmium salt, or water-soluble lead salt. After that urine is collected after its analysis for the content in it of toxic metal, the collected urine is frozen and lyophilized. Also the biological referential material is offered which is characterized by that it is obtained by the offered method.

EFFECT: group of inventions allows to obtain the referential material containing heavy metals in the forms corresponding to natural range of its forms in live organism, and having an array close by properties to the matrix of studied native samples of urine.
