FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to ecology, hygiene, and can be used for determination of indications for blood analysis for content of macro- and microelements in persons in contact with metals in the process of labour activity or living in conditions of environment pollution with heavy metals. Immunological parameters of peripheral blood are determined. As immunological indicators, phagocytic activity of leukocytes (PAL), level of immunoglobulins IgA and IgG, metabolic activity of phagocytes (NBT-test) are determined. If the PAL level is less than 40 or more than 70%, the amount of immunoglobulin IgA is less than 1.1 or more than 4.4 g/dm3, the amount of immunoglobulin IgG is less than 8.0 or more than 22 g/dm3, spontaneous test (NBTsp) is less than 0.3 or more than 0.8 standard units, stimulated test (NBTstim) is less than 0.7 or more than 1.3 standard units, analysis of blood for content of macro- and microelements is shown.

EFFECT: method enables to obtain criteria for the need to study the elementary imbalance in the human body caused by environmental pollution, based on immunological studies to determine the indications for blood analysis for the content of macro- and microelements.
