SUBSTANCE: fluid foamer (1) comprises chamber (10) with pipe (11) to be foamed and foam-forming gas and including, in fact, round discharge piper (12) arranged at chamber bottom. Note here that said discharge pipe discharges the mix of fluid and foam-forming gas, that is, foamed fluid and to discharge excess foam-forming gas. Chamber (10) features cylindrical shape while feed pipe (11) features tangential location relative to chamber (10) at height h from chamber bottom. Feed pipe height-to-chamber height H ratio makes 0.2-0.7 while discharge pipe diameter (d)-to-chamber diameter (D) ratio makes 0.6-0.95.
EFFECT: high quality of milk foam without excessive or insufficient foaming or coarsely dispersed foam bubbles.
