FIELD: food industry; heating.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a device for food preparation. Device includes body (1), a chamber (4) for food cooking having inner wall (5) forming space (6) for reception of a food product with hole (10) for air supply and hole (13) for air exhaust, fan (14) to drive hot air flow serially through hole (10) for supply of air, space (6) for reception of the food product and air outlet hole, and channel (7) for direction of air for return of air flow from hole (13) for air outlet to hole (10) for air supply, separately from space (6) for reception of the food product. Body (1) has channel (30) for cooling air and ventilation hole (20) for hot air for outlet of hot air flow from chamber (4) for food cooking out from body (1) with tapered section (29), having a reduced cross-section area, so that Venturi effect is generated in ventilation hole (20) for hot air. Note that outlet hole (35) of channel (30) for cooling air is connected with ventilation hole (20) for hot air at narrowed section (29) so that in outlet hole (35) there is generated a low pressure area and a flow of cooling air is pulled through channel (30) for cooling air into a ventilation hole for hot air.

EFFECT: prevention of overheating of components of the device and higher reliability.
