FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to field of pharmaceutics and can be used for storage and preparation as required of active substance. Device (10) for storage and preparation as required before introduction of one active substance contains case (12), which forms at least one compartment for storage of at least one pharmaceutical solvent with volume less than 5 ml, and head (14), which forms at least one compartment for storage of at least one active substance (24), in upper part of which there is at least one intake chamber (32), equipped with filter (40). Head (14) is made with possibility to take storage position, in which it is in remote from case (12) position, and preparation position, in which said head (14) is in approached to case (12) position. Device also contains at least one wall (16), separating case (12) and head (14), and means (18) for rupture of said wall for bringing active substance (24) into contact with solvent and its dissolution. Group of inventions also relate to application of claimed device.
EFFECT: group of inventions ensures obtaining single precise dose of unstable active substance in sterile atmosphere.
