FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has filtering chamber, blood-delivery facility, filtering layers, sources of negative and positive pressure, anticoagulant-delivery facility, blood collection chamber, auxiliary source of anticoagulant, auxiliary filtering device, and facility for blood feeding to circulatory system. Device is fitted with made of flexible plastic material and positioned in blood collection chamber with gap provided between bag and collection chamber walls. Device includes two-way valve with channels for communication of negative pressure source with flexible bag and of the latter with filtering chamber in first position, as well as for coupling the positive pressure source with air gap in second position. Blood-delivery facility is made as suction nozzle. Filtering chamber is formed by rigid upper reservoir in the form of truncated cone with funnel-shaped bottom. Filtering layers are formed by superposing the pieces of fabric one upon the other. Pieces of fabric have different size of cells which decreases from top to bottom of filtering chamber. Upper layer is provided with vertical end-pieces directed upwards for catching the thrombus. EFFECT: more effective blood transfusion. 4 cl, 4 dwg
