FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: method includes application of catalyst nanoparticles, which contain cerium oxide or homogenous mixed oxide of cerium and zircon, on internal surface of porous carrier from aluminium oxide by immersion of porous carrier in preliminarily prepared stable water suspension, which contains catalyst nanoparticles, and baking carrier with applied on it catalyst nanoparticles. Realised is processing of porous carrier surface with water solution of block water-soluble copolymer of two monomers, first of which has at least one carboxyl group, and second has at least one sulphogroup, and concentration of copolymer in water solution constitutes from 0.1 to 10 wt %, and molecular weight of copolymer constitutes from 2 to 20 kDa.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to obtain multifunctional catalysts with increased catalytic activity.
