FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to method of dedusting to be used in heat engineering, ferrous and nonferrous metallurgy. Introduce gas to be cleaned into the cyclone with the upper axial exhaust branch pipe. Gas is cleaned from dust in cylindrical housing due to action of centrifugal forces during translational movement of rotating flow from top to bottom in cylindrical housing by turning cleaned flow upwards. Collected dust flow is collected in dust collector. Auxiliary coagulating liquid is fed into the cyclone, which is oriented to the flow of trapped dust, to form a mixture of trapped dust and an auxiliary coagulating liquid. Mixture is briquetted on a roller press installed in the lower part of the cyclone body. Flow of briquettes is created in bin space, after which briquettes are loaded into the assembled hopper. Cooled gas flow is cooled by means of heat exchanger generating water vapor fed into bin space. Cleaned gas is additionally cooled by means of a cooler adjoining to the external surface of the exhaust branch pipe. Note here that coolant circulation is arranged between cooler and heat exchanger due to installation of circulating pipes with diameter d arranged with each other at pitch equal to 5–20 d. Heat exchanger is equipped with assembled drum-accumulator of water vapor.

EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of gas cleaning efficiency from dust and durability of briquettes.
