FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to method of dedusting to be used in heat engineering, ferrous and nonferrous metallurgy. Introduce gas to be cleaned into the cyclone with the upper axial exhaust branch pipe. Gas is cleaned of dust in a cylindrical body by the action of centrifugal forces in the forward motion of the rotating flow from top to bottom with the turn of the purified flow upward. Collection of the collected dust stream is carried out, the auxiliary coagulating liquid is sprayed in the form of jets oriented to the flow of trapped dust to form a mixture of trapped dust and an auxiliary coagulating liquid. Mixture of trapped dust and an auxiliary coagulating liquid is briquetted on a roll press located at the bottom of the cyclone body. After the briquetting of the mixture of trapped dust and the auxiliary coagulating liquid, the briquettes are stored in the form of a layer on a rotary mesh grate located under the press rolls. To the grate, with the help of an additional gas pipeline, a part of the gas to be cleaned is supplied in an amount of 5–15 % of the flow rate of the gas to be purified. In the cyclone body, additional peripheral jets of the auxiliary coagulating liquid are formed, which are oriented to the inner surface of the cylindrical cyclone body. Lower part of the cyclone body is insulated.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of gas cleaning from dust.
