FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of organic chemistry, namely, to the method to produce 9-butylamino-3,3-dimethyl-3,4-dihydroacridin-1(2H)-on hydrochloride, including stages of interaction of nitrile of anthranilic acid with dimedone, cycling of produced hydrochloride substituted with 2-[(5,5-dimethyl-3-oxacyclohex-1-enyl)amino]benzonitrile and alkylation of 9-amino-3,3-dimethyl-3,4-dihydroacridin-1(H)-on, differing by the fact that the method to produce intermediate compounds is carried out in the medium of alkyl benzenes.
EFFECT: new method was developed to produce 9-butylamino-3,3-dimethyl-3,4-dihydroacridin-1(2H)-on hydrochloride, differing by high yield of finished product and use of available reagents.
