SUBSTANCE: invention relates to new derivatives of benzopyrane of the formula (I):

wherein each R1 and R2 means independently hydrogen atom, (C1-C6)-alkyl group wherein indicated alkyl group can be optionally substituted with halogen atom, (C1-C6)-alkoxy-group or hydroxyl group; R3 represents hydroxyl group or (C1-C6)-alkylcarbonyloxy-group; R4 represents hydrogen atom; or R3 and R4 form a bond in common; m represents a whole number from 0 to 4; n represents a whole number from 0 to 4; Y is absent or represents CR11R12 wherein each R11 and R12 represents independently hydrogen atom or (C1-C6)-alkyl group; R5 represents aryl group or heteroaryl group, such as thienyl, pyridyl or indolyl wherein indicated aryl group can be optionally substituted q . (R10) wherein R10 represents halogen atom, hydroxyl group, (C1-C6)-alkyl group wherein indicated alkyl group can be optionally substituted with halogen atom or (C1-C6)-alkoxy-group; or R10 represents nitro-group, amino-group, (C1-C6)-alkylamino-group, di-(C1-C6)-alkylamino-group, (C1-C6)-alkoxycarbonyl group, carboxyl group; q represents a whole number from 1 to 3; each R10 can be similar or different if g = 2 or 3; R6 represents hydrogen atom or (C1-C6)-alkyl group; R7 represents hydrogen atom or (C1-C6)-alkyl group; X is absent or represents C=O or SO2; R8 represents hydrogen atom, (C1-C6)-alkyl group wherein indicated alkyl group can be optionally substituted with halogen atom, or (C3-C6)-cycloalkyl group; R9 represents halogen atom, nitro-group or cyano-group; or their pharmaceutically acceptable salts and also to a medicinal agent based on these compounds eliciting anti-arrhythmic activity. Invention provides preparing new derivatives of benzopyrane used for treatment of arrhythmia.
