SUBSTANCE: group of inventions includes dental implant for installation in jaw bone, abutment for dental implant, combination of implant and abutment (versions) and set for implantation (versions), relate to field of medicine, in particular to dentistry, and are intended for reliable transmission of effort between implant and abutment. Dental implant for installation into jaw bone with located on coronal end of implant receiving hole for abutment, with receiving hole in direction from coronal end possessing conical part with cone length (k) and index part with index length (f). Conical part has total cone angle (α) from 6° to 20°, preferably from 10° to 18°, especially preferably 15°, and index length (f) constitutes at least 90% of cone length (k), in particular, more than 1.6 mm. Index part has surface, which at least partially is made cylindrical and is calculated in such a way, as well as has such tolerances that forms guiding surface for abutment, installed in accordance with instruction; at least one passing in radial direction outwards slot with side surfaces and slot length (n) is located in said surface, and said slot is made with possibility of coming into engagement with abutment cam. Slot has external diameter (d1), which is shorter or equal minimal diameter of conical part.

EFFECT: inventions make it possible to provide reliable and strong connection between implant and abutment, which maximally prevents accumulation of bacteria in clearance between them, and provide reliable transmission of effort between boring instrument and implant in implant boring.
