FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: device comprises a body incorporating an air-powder mixing chamber and an assembly joint inclined to the chamber to attach a medical preparation bottle to the body. A catheter introducible into the operated region is attached to a front part of the body. From the opposite side, there is a bellows element provided with a non-return valve for entrainment of another portion of air, and a nozzle for air supply to the chamber. The nozzle is integrated inside the chamber to prevent the powder ingress into the bellows element and has a ratio of an inner diameter of a narrow opening of the nozzle to its length is 1.2:19.0. An outer surface of the body between the catheter and the assembly joint bears catching elements for user's fingers holding and injecting the bellows element simultaneously.

EFFECT: fast powder medical preparation delivery to difficult-to-approach regions in performing open surgical interventions and with using a laparoscope or an endoscope.
