FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: unit contains reducing furnace 13, device 16 of sour gases removal, device 17 for decomposition products removal, by-pass circuit L11 to by-pass part of lean solvent to be returned from the regenerator to the absorber, and filter 41 installed in the by-pass circuit. At that the reducing furnace 13 is intended for ion ore reduction 12a directly to reduced iron 12b using the high temperature reducing gas 11 containing hydrogen and carbon monoxide. The device 16 for sour gases removal contains absorber 16a for removal using the absorbent 15, such as solvent based on amines, sour gases (CO2, H2S) contained in exhaust gas 14 of the reducing furnace, released from the reducing furnace 13, and regenerative chamber 16b for sour gas extraction. Device 17 for decomposition products removal is intended to separate and to remove the decomposition product contained in the absorbent 15 used by means of circulation through the absorber 16a and regenerative chamber 16b.
EFFECT: reduced quantity of used sour gases absorbent, elimination of sponging, stabilization of the work process and suppression of the equipment corrosion.
