SUBSTANCE: system of preparing a predetermined quantity of beverage by using the extracted product comprises a replaceable open capsule (2), and a device (4) comprising a receiving element (3) for retaining the capsule (2), and the device (5) for dispensing the liquid under pressure into the capsule. The capsule comprises a circumferential peripheral wall, a bottom and a lid (9) closing the circumferential peripheral wall at the end (10) opposite the bottom. The device (5) is made with the ability to feed liquid into the extracted product through the bottom (7). The receiving element (3) has a support surface (3b), and the capsule is located so that it rests on the support surface (3b) for discharging through the lid (9) and through the support surface (3b). The lid (9) comprises a flexible sheet-like perforated and/or porous material. The system (1) comprises a discharge channel (26) for fluid communication with the lid (9) for the beverage discharge and supply to the container. The lid (9) comprises an impermeable outer circumferential peripheral area (30) and an outlet area (32) surrounded by an impermeable area (30). The beverage will be released from the capsule through the outlet area (32) through the openings in the outlet area.
