SUBSTANCE: device comprises a receiving hopper, a loading valve dispenser, a sealed chamber, an unloading valve dispenser, a chamber of explosion, a hopper of finished product, a microwave resonator, a waveguide, a microwave generator. Inside the sealed chamber a vertical screw is mounted, on which shaft the agitator is fixed. The upper and lower parts of the agitator are interconnected by the vertical axes provided with cylindrical brushes rotating freely on them. The diameter of the brushes is equal to the distance between the inner surface of the sealed chamber and the outer ribbed surface of the screw housing. The axes are offset toward the centre by 2 mm. The unloading valve dispenser is mounted directly under the sealed chamber bottom. All elements located inside the sealed chamber are formed of a dielectric.

EFFECT: use of the invention enables to improve the quality of the finished product.
