FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: line comprises a loading hopper, a drainage system of waste steam and a heat exchanger. Under the heat exchanger, the sealed chamber provided with metering valves, a chamber of swelling and an unloading conveyor located coaxially. The heat exchanger is provided with a fluidization mechanism comprising cross bars rigidly mounted on the shaft and interconnected by the vertical axes, evenly located along the diameter of the heat exchanger. On the axes in a staggered order the rippers are mounted, made in the form of truncated spheres with a spherical surface facing up. The chamber of swelling comprises a system of the guide perforated planes arranged at an angle of 52° to the vertical. The chamber of swelling is connected by the fan and the drainage system of waste steam to the heat exchanger.

EFFECT: use of the invention enables to simplify the technology of treatment of bulk, dry and moist fodder grain, and to improve the quality of the resulting fodder.
