FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: method envisages preparation of enriched sugar-containing solution taking into account the total content of dry substances in the solution in an amount of no less than 85%, inoculating granules placement on a granulator bottom, enriched sugar-containing solution spraying onto inoculating granules layer. Then one supplies 80-100°C air under the inoculating granules layer. Enriched additives are represented by natural powders of berries, fruits and vegetables juices, fruit-and-berry extracts and vitamin-and-mineral mixtures. Supplied additive quantity is calculated taking into account 15-50% of the human physiological need standard in dominating micronutrient of the additive. Enriching additives are supplied at the stage of preparation of sugar-containing solution for subsequent distribution and setting of micronutrient molecules between sucrose molecules that are generated in an amorphous state to preserve the ready product functional properties.
EFFECT: in the process of storage during 6 months in an air-tight package, the enriched granulated sugar-containing products preserve their nutritional value.
