FIELD: sugar industry.

SUBSTANCE: proposed is a method for producing a granulated sugar-containing product enriched with extracts beneficial for dental enamel, vitamins and Ca, according whereto rose hip, hawthorn and citrus fruit extracts are mixed with a sugar solution, the resulting solution is introduced by drops into crushed granulated sugar while constantly stirring until a homogeneous crystalline mass is obtained. Sucrose granules are built up. The obtained mass is pressed into pieces, followed by drying and cooling said pieces. The cooled pieces are sprayed with vitamins D, K2 and Ca and then further dried.

EFFECT: method ensures production of a product enriched with vitamins D, K2 and Ca.
