FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: nanostructured powder of solid cobalt-nickel solution comprises initial particles in form of cobalt-nickel nanoblocks with size 5-20 nm, agglomerated to secondary particles with size 100-200 nm of spherical shape. The cobalt-nickel nanoblocks are solid solution with cubic side-centred grid with alternation at its nodes of cobalt and nickel atoms. Method of production of said nanostrucred powder means interaction of cobalt and nickel precursors with hydrazine hydrate as deoxidant, alkali and potassium-sodium tartrate as stabilizer at temperature 85-95°C, at that the cobalt and nickel precursors are water solutions of cobalt and nickel salts of general formula MeX2, where Me is Co, Ni; X2 are chlorides, nitrates or sulphates.
EFFECT: production of powder with high degree of cleanness with total weight content of cobalt and nickel 99,999%, having high catalytic and magnetic properties.
