FIELD: powder metallurgy.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to powder metallurgy, particularly, to plasma-chemical methods of producing nanodispersed powders. It can be used for production of powders used as charge for production of hard alloys. Composite nanopowder based on doped titanium carbonitride contains particles with a core-shell structure, wherein the shell contains nickel and molybdenum. Core contains doped titanium carbonitride Ti1-nVnCxNy, where 0.05≤n≤0.20, 0.12≤x≤0.88, 0.15≤y≤1.00, with vanadium carbide dispersed therein. Particle components ratio, wt.%: Ti1-nVnCxNy – 72.37-72.65, VC – 5.4-6.50, Mo – 13.70-14.20, Ni – 6.93-8.25.

EFFECT: obtaining a homogeneous composite powder, which enables to reduce temperature and duration of sintering when producing a hard alloy from it.
