FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of articles from nanostructured iron-containing alloy. It can be used for parts of equipment used in sulphurous and acidic media, usually associated with installations for oil and gas production. Fe—Ni—Cr—Mo-based iron-containing alloy powder is ground in the presence of yttrium oxide until oxide dissolves and thermomechanical compaction of the powder is performed to form a compacted part. Sealed part is annealed at a temperature higher than the dissolution temperature of the chi-phase and the sigma phase and cooled at a rate which suppresses the release of chi-phase and the sigma phase to obtain an article, containing Fe—Ni—Cr—Mo-based nanostructured iron-containing alloy, the structure of which consists of a matrix containing ferritic and austenite phases, and nanoelements containing composite oxide particles.
EFFECT: higher mechanical strength and corrosion resistance in sulphurous and acidic media.
