FIELD: powder metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to powder metallurgy, particularly, to nanodispersed composite powders produced by plasma-chemical method. It can be used to produce hard alloys. Composite nanopowder based on doped titanium carbonitride contains particles with a core-shell structure. Core consists of doped titanium carbonitride Ti1-nZrnCxNy, where 0.05≤n≤0.20, 0.10≤x≤1.0, 0.10≤y≤1.0, with zirconium carbide dispersed therein, and the shell comprises a nickel layer and a molybdenum layer located between it and the core, with the following ratio of components, wt.%: Ti1-nZrnCxNy 70.22–71.40, ZrC 13.38–13.90, Mo 12.53–14.30, Ni 2.10–2.17.
EFFECT: obtaining homogeneous nanodispersed composite powder, which provides lowering of temperature and duration of sintering when producing an alloy from it.
