FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the methods of analysis and devices suitable for electrochemiluminescence detection. The invention is used, in particular, for quick quantitative diagnostics during the decentralized n-M analysis, when especially cheap materials are necessary for the electrodes, cell, one-time diagnostic chips and cartridges. The device for the electric excitation of the lanthanide chelates in the electrolyte solutions is made as electrochemical cell containing the chip with two electrodes acting as anode and cathode. At that the terbium Tb(III) chelates are used as the lanthanide chelates, and the electrodes are made out of carbon paste or metal with carbon paste coating, on the isolating material, using the figure printing, spraying or silver paint application for its coating with the carbon paste after the figure drying with simultaneous forming of the cathode and anode or anode part as top layer of the carbon paste with resistivity mainly below 1000 Ohm·cm.
EFFECT: assurance of the electric pulses with high amplitude, and increased sensitivity.
