FIELD: analytical methods. SUBSTANCE: graphite natotubes including tubular fullerenes and fibrils functionalyzed by chemical substitution, in particular by functionalyzed biomolecules, are used as solid carriers in analyses based on electrically generated chemiluminescence. Binding of chemiluminescent ruthenium complexes with thus modified natotubes enables detection of molecules, including nucleic acids, antigens, enzymes, and enzyme substrates, involving a multitude of forms of carrying out analyses.
