FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the field of nucleic acid sequencing, namely to a flow cell, a set and a sequencing method. Flow cell comprises a substrate, a cover connected to the substrate, a flow channel, an electrode located directly on the substrate and in the flow channel. On the electrode there is a structured material, which includes recesses, which are formed by walls of the structured material, and which are separated by intermediate areas. Intermediate areas on the electrode are formed by the surface of the structured material, which is open to the flow channel. Functionalised surface of the electrode is exposed on each of the recesses. Primer is grafted to the functionalised surface in each of the recesses. Sequencing kit contains a flow cell and labeled nucleotides.

EFFECT: group of inventions provides higher accuracy of sequencing due to elimination of noise caused by excitation source.
