FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: device for liquids concentrating by freezing-out and ice production contains a casing, a work bath with product inlet and outlet branches, installed in it cooling elements of ice freezer with coolant inlet and outlet branches, accumulating tank with cover for liquid gathering, circulating pump. The cooling elements are made in form of cylindrical tubes with the heat exchange ribs, located relatively to each other at angle 120°, located in staggered order in relation to each other, and such that angle between the ribs will be towards the product flow direction. The liquids are supplied to the work bath under pressure through the perforated header, that is part of the discharge pipeline. The accumulating tank has inclined perforated cover, made in form of the tray, the work bath is made with possibility of rotation by 90° for the ice unloading.
EFFECT: invention use increases the unit capacity due to increased surface area of the ice freezing, extends scope of application, intensifies processes of liquids concentrating by freezing out and ice freezing upon increased operation reliability.
