FIELD: process automation.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to automation of technological processes and can be used in automation of freezing liquid products in food, chemical, medical and microbiological industry, as well as on agricultural companies. Method for automatic control of cyclic process of concentrating by freezing includes temperature measurement of raw product, coolant flow rate of initial boiling point, product being concentrated and concentrated product, initial and final content of dry substances in product at inlet and concentrated at installation, delivery and suction pressure of compressor. Maintainance of required temperature of freezing moisture from liquid product is carried out through adjustment of value of coolant feed into evaporator and consumption of circulating product depending on content of dry substances, as well as when value of maximum allowable minimum coolant boiling temperature in evaporator and dry substances content in concentrated product is different from initial value, when supplying to evaporator of hot coolant vapour is switching for regeneration.

EFFECT: technical result is increased accuracy and reliability of control of moisture freezing-out, broader capabilities of using method of moisture freezing-out of liquid products, higher quality of finished product, as well as low power consumption.
