FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: mixing extrusion machine contains a cylinder with extrusion hole, through it the mixed material is extruded. The screw shaft is located in the cylinder, and mixes the first and the second initial materials. The screw drive continuously rotates the screw shaft with permanent speed. The head communicates with the cylinder extrusion hole. The head has the extrusion hole, through it the mixed material is extruded under increased pressure. The removal device removes part of the mixed material between the cylinder extrusion hole, and head extrusion hole. The remote device includes regulator to regulate removed quantity of mixed material such that pressure of the mixed material near the cylinder extrusion hole is kept at permanent level.
EFFECT: higher physical and mechanical properties of articles.
