SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry and may be used during preparation of protein-vitamin products based on soya beans. The method envisages manufacture of dispersed protein system by way of introduction in it of puree based on disintegrated pediculate part of Plygonum Divaricatum bush; separated coagulate is conditioned till moisture content is equal to 10-80%.

EFFECT: method allows to obtain high protein products naturally and uniformly coloured in saturated green colour with tones; the products contain a natural complex components whereof, in total, have high biological value and antioxidant activity.
